Where can I stay?

  • Where can I stay?

    Looking for a place to kick back and relax after a full day of networking? There are loads of great hotels within walking distance.

In-person experience

  • What time does the event start?

    Doors open at 08:00am for registration and a caffeine kick. Sessions start at 09:00am sharp!

  • What's included in my ticket?

    Access to all the main stage sessions, workshop sessions, networking breaks, lunch and what promises to be an eventful evening party. The fee is for a good cause: we’ll plant two trees for every ticket bought through our friends at Hotels for Trees. One from you, one from us. Make the world a little greener, and get yours now.

  • What's the dress code?

    We want you to be comfortable as this is an all-day conference style event that also extends into an evening party. That being said, don’t be too casual! No PJs or swimwear please.

  • Where do I get my badge?

    You will receive an email from unfold@mews.com just a few minutes after purchasing a ticket. Search for: 'Confirmed: your Unfold 2024 ticket'
    Present the ticket email on May 29 and collect your badge from our onsite team.

  • How do I access the app?

    Information coming soon.

  • Do you have a cloakroom?

    Yes, we will have a cloakroom available at the event.

Tickets

  • How many tickets are available per hotel?

    Due to the limited capacity and to encourage more hotel diversity, there are 5 available tickets per hotel.

  • How many tickets are available for non-hoteliers?

    A limited number of tickets are available for hospitality suppliers and vendors, capped at two per company. If you order a hotelier ticket, you’ll get a refund minus platform fees and a kind request to purchase a non-hotelier ticket, if available. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

Venue

  • How do I get to Muziekgebouw?

    Muziekgebouw is accessible by plane, train, bike and foot – you could even get there by horse if you have one handy. Point is, it's seriously central, just over a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. Check out the venue section of the website for the map and details.

  • Is the building wheelchair accessible?

    The Muziekgebouw is easily accessible for disabled visitors. The Piet Heingarage under the building offers parking especially for the disabled. The garage gives direct access to the Entrance Hall. There are lifts throughout the building, so that all floors are accessible. The toilet is located at floor -1 in the Entrance Hall.

  • Are there parking spaces nearby?

    There are various parking possibilities in the Muziekgebouw area. We’d suggest:

Workshop sessions

  • Can I pre-select workshop sessions prior to the event?

    Yes, we recommend that in case the workshop reaches capacity. We will be in touch with details closer to the event.

  • Will sessions take place simultaneously?

    Yes, after lunch workshop sessions will take place simultaneously.

Networking & afterparty

  • I heard there’s an afterparty? Where is this happening?

    Of course there will be an afterparty! And it will be epic.

    This will take place within the same venue on FoyerDeck 1. You can get your dancing shoes on from 17:30pm.

  • Can I bring guests to this part of the evening?

    Unfortunately not. The drinks and partying is reserved for people that have attended the full day event.

    Unfold is Mews’ annual hospitality tech forum. Discover more about Mews.

  • Will there be video and photography at the event?

    We will have photography and videographers at the event as sessions will also be recorded. Content and imagery will be used post event for promotion and information sharing.

  • Will you share the recordings and content post event?

    Yes, we will share recordings with everyone who attends or signs up to the Unfold newsletter: https://www.mews.com/en/unfold-newsletter

  • Will there be a livestream or recording of sessions?

    Yes, we will have a livestream of select sessions. Other sessions will be recorded and shared post event.
